At PANW, the Americas Places team combines design, technology and hospitality to provide premium meeting and workday experiences to help our teams – small, medium or large – succeed in more than 24 cities throughout the region, including our 1-million square foot Global Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you will work alongside the Sr. Manager of Americas Workplace Operations to drive our hospitality & events strategy and elevate our employees’ workday experience. You will drive awareness and engagement in our spaces and service offerings within the regional employee base, as well as support team initiatives and events at a regional level.

Your Impact

  • Manage Office operations and processes forall day to day operations
  • Provide support for teams and other Workstreams to include IT/AV, Security. building operations
  • Manage day-to-day operations of onsite events
  • Spend a portion of your time on the floor across our locations, spending time with employees, answering employee inquiries and driving our Places programs
  • Assist Senior Manager with Serviced Offices and Projects
  • Administrative needs as necessary
  • Vendor management to include remote site management of vendors
  • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws, and governing regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities
  • Resolve Building System Problems or Failures by addressing the “Root Cause” issues, and oversee repairs and implement improvements and corrections
  • Provide 24/7 Response for all Building System & Infrastructure Emergencies

Project Management & Reporting

  • Lead multiple projects at a time, responsible for concept through delivery
  • Keep projects on track, manage personal workflow, schedules, and deadlines as well as assisting Senior Manager with budgets

Your Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Facilities
  • Highly organized with an acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence in manipulating data in Excel and other tools
  • Can effectively manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Understanding of standard business and accounting practices
  • Thorough understanding of relevant products and vendors, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, furniture, AV/VC, etc.
  • Comfortable enough to constantly adapt to the terrain and circumstances of a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to set, manage, and deliver projects on time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, business judgment, strategic thinking, superior work ethic, dynamic and highly team-oriented
  • Able to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of contractual and related matters
  • Superior language, written and oral, communication skills required
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
  • Vendor Management, knowledge or contracts, COI’s, LL tenant, etc.
  • Microsoft and G-Suite experience
  • Multi-site Managing
  • WeWork or similar experience and or knowledge

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $67,500/yr to $109,250/yr.
