The Accounting and Finance Rotational Leadership Program offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain the experience, skills, support, and exposure that they need to help launch their careers. Our program combines challenging work experience and the opportunity to work closely with finance professionals. You’ll receive continuous training and development through classes and monthly presentations, exposure to senior management, and a mentor to help network and build relationships throughout the Company.

Accounting and Finance Rotational Leadership Program – General Information

Our full-time program offers rotations within our Finance and Accounting areas at our New York City and Jersey City offices. Rotations are designed to give each associate a broad corporate, insurance and investments background through exposure to various aspects of financial work. Specific functions and future rotations could include:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Budget and Expense Analytics
  • Wealth Management Finance
  • Statutory Accounting
  • Investment Accounting
  • Treasury
  • Data Analytics
  • Separate Accounts
  • Capital Management
  • Projections

Rotational Program Requirements:

We seek candidates who exhibit the following characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Economics related areas
  • 1 – 3 years experience is preferred
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a face paced environment
  • Insurance or Financial Service Industry is a plus
  • Statutory Accounting Knowledge is a plus
  • Analytically minded
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Be a self-starter and eager to learn

Salary range: $47,500-$72,500
