Overview
This position will support the periodic and quarterly close deliverables related to lease accounting, idle assets and assets held for sale.
Responsibilities
- Perform key financial & accounting tasks:

- Process and tie out periodic lease journal entries in S4
- Perform & analyze lease payment account
- Complete Q4, Q5, Q10ST/LT
- Own Held for Sale process in S4
- Send out NBV reports as requested
- Own Quarterly Idle Asset Reporting
- Assist supervisor in review of periodic lease updates in Costar and work with level 5 to process changes.
- Support the A-9 Lease Reporting process
- Communicate with vendors
- Manage Lease Forecast reports from Costar, publish on Grapevine periodically
- Work with Manager on Cash Flow Reporting
- Sox and KPMG Requests
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $62,700 to $104,850 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- Accounting Degree
- 2 years of prior experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. SAP experience desired
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross functionally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong team player
