About the Opportunity: We are partnering with a dynamic, growing company that is seeking an Accounting Supervisor Contract-to-Hire Consultant to support the accounting function, clean-up initiatives, and leading the close. They are hoping to find a strong fit with the plan to convert to permanent hire.
Duration: 3 months minimum, conversion to perm for the right fit
Location: 4 days/week onsite in Carlsbad
Compensation: $52-58/HR W2
Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
Scope:
- Hands-on support of the GL function, month-end close, and reconciliations
- Supervise and review over AP, AR, Payroll, and GL function
- Support monthly reporting function and analysis
- Further support accounting clean-up initiatives, implement best practices and efficiencies
- Learn quickly and work successfully in a fast-paced environment owning multiple deliverables
Qualifications & Expertise:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field, required
- 7+ years` experience with full-function GL and month-end close
- Supervisory experience, required
- Mid-size to large company experience, strongly preferred
- Strong with Excel and NetSuite, required
