AWARE is looking for the right person to join our Finance team as an Accounts Payable Associate/Specialist.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Maintain fiscal records.
- Perfom a variety of calculations, postings, and verifications to obtain financial data.
- Conducts various reconciliation, communications, and accounts payable duties; including invoices, data entry, batch control labeling and filing.
- Responsible for assigned vendors, including the development of professional relationships and solution generating interactions.
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Associate of Arts Degree or Certification in Accounting Technology, Bookkeeping, Data/Information Processing, or Business Administration Technology is preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of accounting and computer experience is also required, strong Excel skills are preffered.
- Ability to complete all work in a professional, accurate, and timely manner with attention to detail
