Job Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise and guidance to Accounts Payable employees while ensuring all invoices, check requests, and credit card activities are recorded accurately in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense reimbursements.
• Review invoices for required approval and documentation prior to processing.
• Monitor P-card program for policy compliance and maintain program users.
• Generate reports and perform analysis related to approved purchase orders and verification of subsequent entry into the Accounting System.
• Prepare monthly accounts payable accruals.
• Responsible for training assigned staff on Accounts Payable processes and systems.
• Update and maintain policy and procedure documents for the department.
Requirements:
• Experience within a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
