The Role:
The Accounts Receivable and Deductions Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of several B2B customers across the North American region. This role will reconcile and monitor incoming payments from customers in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. Whilst diligently managing any deductions taken to ensure they are within the commercial agreement or Policy.
Role Accountabilities:
- Tightly manage invoices, ensuring money is received within terms of customer agreements, monitor and post and reconcile incoming payments from customers.
- Send and reconcile customer statements on a regular basis.
- Accurately record, Investigate, and contest deductions are taken that do not align with the commercial terms associated with the customer contract.
- Track, process, and reconcile payments on customer accounts.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
- Build and maintain symbiotic partnerships with retailers and internal cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
- Work with the IT team to raise and resolve any EDI or invoicing issues.
- Assist with accounts receivable financial month end on an EOM basis.

Requirements
Key Selection Criteria:
- Finance Major or bachelor’s degree desirable but not essential
- 1-3 years’ experience. years in a similar role preferred.
- NetSuite experience is desirable but not essential.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with internal and external contacts
- Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of the importance of cash flow
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, sum if, indirect, etc.)
- Flexible & proactive, with an eagerness to learn.

Base Salary Range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00**
