You Enjoy:
- Daily Collections of past due balances of assigned accounts
- Build relationships with customer base
- Apply payments to customer accounts with accuracy
- Monitor accounts for delinquency
- Communicate and coordinate with Sales and Service team as needed for assistance with trouble accounts
- Communicate with AR Supervisor and executive teams on Aging past due debt accounts and trouble accounts
- Distribute customer invoices, statements, and other communications
- Research and resolve customer concerns regarding their account
- Various clerical duties such as sorting mail
- Other accounting related duties as assigned Are You:
- Able to build rapport with customers
- Able to collect on all past due debt accounts weekly as assigned
- A team Player and able to interact easily with co-workers
- Strong communicator with a courteous, yet firm disposition
- Accurate and have attention to detail
- Strong in organizational Skills
- Able to multi-task
- Independent and self-motivated
- Willing to work overtime as needed
Do You Have:
- Previous business collections experience needed, 3-5+ years
- Previous accounts receivable experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting or Finance)
- Previous experience with Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Previous experience with PDF editor software: Adobe Compensation and Schedule:
This position is full-time and pays $18-$21/Hour, depending on experience.
