Overview
Our team is looking for an Accounts Receivable coordinator. The role is highly visible and provides exposure to Senior Leaders throughout the organization. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will recover payments from customers who have past due balances.
This role will pays a wage of $19.71 to $31.25.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions (including to but not limited to):
- Contacting customers with past-due accounts to collect payment.
- Negotiating payment plans and terms with customers
- Keeping detailed records of all collection’s activity and customer communications
- Investigating and resolving customer disputes or billing issues
- Following up with customers on payments and ensuring timely receipt of payment
- Working closely with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with invoicing as needed.
- Meeting or exceeding collection targets and goals set by the company.

- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Experience in collections or related field preferred
