We’re looking for candidates with a solid understanding in the field of education and a passion for transforming students so that they can reach their full potential.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced tutor and/or teacher who must be able to adapt to different learning styles. We want our tutors to have the integrity and knowledge to push students to excel beyond expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- College grad, upper level college student, and professional only. Teaching credential is a plus.
- Previous experience in teaching/ tutoring required
- Ability to build rapport with students
- Knowledge of educational subjects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Effectively and comprehensively deliver ACT/SAT tutoring in the student’s home or via zoom
- Facilitate tutoring sessions for ACT/SAT Test Prep at the agreed time and location
- Utilize our Workbook and Website program to optimize students’ understanding of test and material
- Work with the student to close any learning gaps or enhance understanding in subject areas
- Provide additional practice work to ensure a thorough understanding of topics covered
- Coach students on test taking strategies
- Submit a session report for our office and families after each tutoring session within 24 hours of said session

Ohio: Dublin, Hilliard, Powell, Lewis Center, Plain City, Delaware
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: starts at $20+ depdening on expereince.
Schedule:
Hours vary. Weekday, evenings and weekends are options.
