Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops quality assurance program strategy and monitoring plan to be implemented across all patient support programs.
- Leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and business rules across all patient support programs.
- Remains informed of developments in applicable Compliance Rules and enforcement trends.
- Responsible for being a strong subject matter expert in US patient support programs and HIPAA regulations.
- Provides expertise and collaborates with compliance teams.
- Develops and leads Patient Support Audit plans/ inspections and/ or compliance projects and services.
- Routinely identifies process improvements and recommended changes based on monitoring for all patient support programs.

The Associate Director, Patient Solutions Quality Assurance will be responsible for overseeing Compliance for Patient Services, covering all brands in the portfolio. This position will ensure that all areas of patient access solutions operate compliantly within U.S. federal and state laws and regulations and Business Policies. This role will identify, collaborate and implement creative solutions to Patient Support Compliance and Quality Assurance. This position oversees compliance and quality assurance for all patient support programs.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree; advanced degree preferred.
- Three to five (3-5) years patient services or related experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of building effective working relationships with internal and external business stakeholders, including skill with developing statements of work and key performance indicators.
- In depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturer compliance requirements, HIPAA regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting in Excel is required.
- Experience in Patient Services, Specialty Pharmacy operations and HUB management services are a plus.
- Ability to multitask, plan and organize work streams, and problem solve effectively while working in a team environment.

Compensation Data
• This position offers a base salary typically between $120,000 and $205,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus and or other compensation elements. For an overview of our benefits please click here.
