Seeking Administrative Assistant for Milford Community Behavioral Health Center

The CBHC Administrative Assistant is critical to the efficient functioning of the program as well as a primary point of contact with persons served, facilitating communication and responding needs.

The CBHC Administrative Assistant will:

  • provide receptionist and office duties/supportive tasks
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) navigation and scheduling
  • manage the flow of information, communication, and data between the staff, persons served, Riverside’s administrative office and other programs, and other providers

The ideal candidate is a friendly, respectful, well-organized, reliable individual with good computer, problem-solving and communication skills who is comfortable with multi-tasking and working independently.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 12pm – 8pm

Pay: $19.00/hour

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills (including Microsoft Office) requiredMinimum of three years proven experience using Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Access preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle

Required Experience

  • High School degree required with some college coursework preferred
  • One to two years of experience in an office environment.
  • Previous experience in a mental health or social services setting is preferred but not required
