  • Handle client inquires by phone and e-mail including new EE, account changes, and tax questions
  • Account maintenance and address changes
  • Portal access and maintenance
  • Quarterly and year-end tax filing support
  • Recording payroll hours and related changes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math – Preferred
  • 2 years of experience in Phone/online direct customer service.
  • 1 year of experience in Payroll background.
  • Friendly and service-oriented.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Demonstrates written communication skills.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $18.05 to $28.36 hourly . Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
