What You Will Be Doing

The Administrative Assistant, Finance provides complex clerical, logistical, and administrative support to the Finance and Information Technology Department. This is accomplished by scheduling meetings, coordinating training; maintaining the website; preparing packets of information for the City Council, boards, and commissions; and processing requisitions for department purchases. Other duties include greeting and referring callers, maintaining calendars, ordering supplies, reviewing EFTs, and completing other general clerical and administrative tasks. Additional duties may include overseeing contracts, maintaining schedules for software renewals, and other specialized office support as directed by the Chief Financial Officer or the Deputy Director of Finance, Administration
