The role of the Administrative Assistant is to act as the liaison between the Event Sweepstakes Leaders and Inside Sales Department Leaders to ensure all deadlines are met timely and accurately. This will require proficient written and verbal communications, tracking, organizing, and validating information received before processing or sending to the appropriate team to process. This position will report to our Sweepstakes department.
Applicants will need to be able to commute to our Northborough, MA office.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
- Data Entry
- Communicate effectively and timely with the Event Sweepstakes Leaders, Inside Sales Center Director, Administrative Manager & Administrative team based on the need- including providing clear, concise feedback regularly
- Maintain an open, positive relationship with all business partners
- Create and maintain any daily, weekly & monthly reporting as requested
- Follow the Sweepstakes process as outlined and meet all given deadlines
