Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, is responsible for performing administrative assistant duties in the daily operations of the Teaching and Learning instructional programs. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job descriptions.
Salary Range: $27.04 – $30.66/hour for Level D Administrative Assistant Teaching and Learning per 2022-23 Public School Employees Salary Schedule and $24.81 – $28.24/hour for Level B Main Office Secretary, Special Programs & Services
Work Year: 4 hours/day Administrative Assistant, Monday through Friday, hours are TBD, and 2.25 hours/day Main Office Secretary Special Programs and Services, Monday through Friday, hours are TBD, 10 months/year
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Business training and/or three years of administrative assistant/secretarial experience including computer (desktop, mobile) literacy, and records maintenance.
  3. Office experience in a similar position is preferred.
  4. Blood Borne Pathogen Training provided at time of hire.
  5. Ability to meet the qualifications as listed on the job descriptions for this position.
