Responsibilities
- Provide legal research to ensure documents meet federal, state, and IRS tax laws
- Research and thoroughly review client’s estate information and business documents
- Draft customized and detailed legal documents for attorney review
- Ensure legal documents articulate and achieve the client’s goals and objectives according to attorney’s recommendations
- Create business entities as part of estate planning and asset protection
- Consistently and accurately update internal client management system
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional legal, writing, or editing experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- CRM experience preferred
- Effective time management and organization to meet and exceed deadlines
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Welcomes and implements feedback
- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Applicants must be available to work onsite, full-time, Monday – Friday from 8:25 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
