Administrative Coordinator – Keswick Part-Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

Typically reports to Department Head such as Administrator/Director/ Sr. Director. Responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of department projects, activities, reports, schedules, collection and management of data for projects and work in progress. Develops office procedures to ensure efficient and timely operations.

HOURS: PART-TIME: 20 hours/week – Monday and Friday 8:30 – 5:00 and flexible with remaining hours

Predominantly REMOTE but may be required to come in to office on occassion.

LOCATION: 3910 Keswick Road, South Building, 4th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21211

Pay: $23.50/hour

Responsibilities

  • Purchase supplies and manage inventory
  • Manage databases: Collect data and prepare monthly departmental reports (Excel and Concur for expense reporting)
  • Processes payroll (SAP)
  • Calendar management (Outlook)
  • Tracking deliveries
  • Willing to train

Qualifications

  • Microsoft office (emphasis in Excel), Kronos, SAP (willing to train), Outlook, Concur.
  • 2 years college. 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, communication, professional, detail-oriented, organized, flexible and able to cope with stress and interruptions, comfortable with navigating technologies, able to work with higher ups.
  • Flexible with varying personalities, great with communications, problem solving
