Job Description
Role Purpose
The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative and personal support to the Executive Vice President, Music Business and Legal Affairs.
Job Duties
- Assist with administrative tasks, including but not limited to: preparing meeting materials, answering heavy phones, filing, photocopying and circulating correspondence and documents
- Assist other attorneys and support staff in the department, as needed
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Process expense reports
- Red-line various agreements related to film music
- Draft correspondence
- Create and maintain detailed status reports and documents
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files
- Interact positively with others, and maintain relationships both internally and externally
- Arrange travel and accommodations, as well as create comprehensive and detailed itineraries as needed
- Perform other related duties in support of the Film Music department
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of administrative experience
- Prior experience at a music or film company, or an entertainment law firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to multitask and operate in a high-speed, high-stress office
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and follow through
- Ability to work with a variety of personalities
- Knowledge of music business/legal terminology

- Prior experience supporting a senior-level executive
