Enterprise Holdings has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Administrative Representative.

The Administrative Representative will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers primarily via the phone in addition to administrative support.
Pay: $17.00 / hour.
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 7:00am – 3:30pm

This is located at the BWI Airport Location in Hanover, MD.
Responsibilities
- Incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors.
- Outgoing calls- callback management, account receivables, and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
- Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance.
- Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: lost and found management, research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer close-pends and extensions.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least 1 year
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
