Administrative Representative – Philadelphia International Airport

The responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service to customers, supporting their rental needs and making all transactions quick and efficient.

This position pays $16.00 / hour.

The available schedule is:

  • Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

This is located at the Philadelphia International Airport – 1 Arrival Road, Philadelphia, PA 19153.

Responsibilities

  • Respond appropriately to all customer inquiries and calls. Answer telephone and take messages accordingly. Direct incoming calls appropriately.
  • Type reports and correspondence, copy and collate materials and receive, distribute and prepare mail.
  • Provide support on special projects such as title registration, fleet maintenance, maintenance tracking on vehicles, turnback recording, etc., as required.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • Provide directions and general assistance
  • Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
  • Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
  • May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
  • Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes to the location listed above within 30 days of anticipated start date
