Administrative Scheduler
Location: Seattle, WA
Rate: $26.44/hr
We are searching for an experienced Scheduler to join our team! Seeking a personable, dedicated individual to schedule Security Officers in the field for our prestigious client. This position is fast paced and has a heavy focus on scheduling to ensure all shifts are covered. The Scheduler is responsible for maintaining staffing levels and communicating with team members to provide updates on scheduling progress and forecasting. To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment.

Position Responsibilities:
- Assists in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions
- Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities
- As assigned, in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures and in compliance with state and federal laws, carries out supervisory duties that can include some or all of the following: interviewing, orienting, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and making hiring and termination recommendations
Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- High level computer / technology skills needed
- Must be able to provide first class customer service to our clients and their guests
- Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
- Must be comfortable with report writing Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Strong service delivery orientation needed
- 1 year of experience in a scheduling capacity planning, organizing, and leadership preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures needed
- Must have the ability to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines
