What you’ll do:
- Support programs with general office operations. Track documents through the approval process.
- Secure hotel and rental car reservations for staff.
- Answer the main Bureau telephone line and route calls to the appropriate program.
- Complete purchase requests and print requests for team members.
- Assist in registration and ordering of materials for exhibits and events.
- Assist with organizing and archiving documents, including using the SMART system.
All you need for success:
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate with a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.
- One or more years of related office support experience preferred.
- Good telephone skills and customer service.
- Well organized and an ability to pay attention to detail.
