Administrator – ERP

General Description
The ERP Administrator is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and guiding the implementation of a new ERP system. The ERP Integration Administrator will serve as an expert on the integration committee and work with various HR offices to ensure the ERP system meets the needs and specifications of the school system, and managing integrations between the ERP system and other systems. This position will also be responsible for the creation and maintenance of business process workflows, reports and dashboards, and training end-users on the system.
Essential Job Functions

  • Participate in project planning and execution related to ERP system implementation, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with various HR offices and other business units to ensure the ERP system is integrated and aligned with business processes
  • Provides guidance and leadership in identifying and evaluating translating business needs into business process workflows using best practices
  • Create and evaluate user access and security settings in the ERP system
  • Ensure data integrity during and after data conversions
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to meet the needs of various departments
  • Manages integrations between the ERP system and other systems
  • Develops and maintains training documentation
  • Provide technical support to end-users on issues related to the ERP system
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines to include federal and state laws, staffing, selection, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, and performance management. Knowledge of School Board policies, programs and regulations.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field or related experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience creating and conducting trainings for all levels of employees
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday is a plus
  • Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards a plus
