Summary
The Administrator, Financial Performance and Compliance position is to support the Department Manager to ensure Glovis meets compliance requirements of internal control through review, audit, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Duties includes items below but not limited to:
- Assist in development of process to ensure compliance with internal control requirements
- Assist with application and interpretation of audit and compliance requirements
- Create and review regulatory compliance documentation
- Assessing current internal control processes to determine risk factors
- Assist with preparation of annual internal control audit
- Assist preparation and implementation of Internal control policies and procedures
- In addition to primary duties:
- Perform internal control test and documentation
- Maintain internal control compliance checklist and schedule
- Review and validation of internal compliance processes
- Serve as liaison between external auditor’s and company
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Compensation Range
$65,000- $70,000 per year

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, critical thinking, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and statistical ability
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 5 – 6 Years of Experience in Process Improvement and Process Audit
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
- Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
- Stand/walk
