A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking an Adobe Workfront System Administrator. The successful candidate will assist the Workfront System Admins with reporting, onboarding, adoption, and engagement of workmates using Adobe Workfront.The ideal candidate has relevant experience in project management or a similar role within a marketing organization.The company offers a great work environment.
Adobe Workfront System Administrator Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $60/hr

- 40 hours/week, 13 Month Assignment
Adobe Workfront System Administrator Responsibilities:
- Perform daily system administration duties and activities such as add/update/manage users, groups, teams, access levels, request queue management, and responding to new user requests within 24 hrs.
- Assist in building reports & dashboards update custom forms as well as communicating changes to requestors and/or impacted groups; as required.
- Conduct system audit and clean-up efforts for improving overall system organization.
- Assist in developing and conducting employee training to ensure Marketing users are proficient with the use of Workfront.
- Ability to configure and test Workfront objects (custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, etc.) as well as assist with training users on the new configurations.
- Provide support, triage, troubleshoot and resolve incidents around any Workfront related technical issues and communicate resolution to impacted groups & workmates.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, integrations, and processes.
- Tackle other special projects as business needs require.
- Ability to build a strong rapport with members of the groups you support.
- Participate in continual efforts to improve processes, optimize, gain efficiencies, and support the tool to scale to Marketing team growth; additionally brainstorm ideas to further advance the Project Management Office (PMO) run more smoothly.
Adobe Workfront System Administrator Qualifications:
- 3+ years relevant experience in project management or a similar role within a marketing organization.
- 2+ years of Adobe Workfront Administration experience.
- Workfront Admin Certification is a plus.
- Experience with implementing change management methodologies in a large, global, corporate setting is a huge plus.
- Use a project management system and have evangelized use of it with your business partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with common corporate technologies such as Marketo, Adobe Creative Suite, Slack, and Jira.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing processes and principles is extremely helpful.
- Extraordinary and articulate communication (both written and verbal), organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of patience, diplomacy, and fortitude and a strong voice in an always evolving environment.
- Strong time-management skills: ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to quickly understand context relating to business processes to connect how a small change can affect the larger system dynamics or affect business goals.
- Effective relationship-building skills, ability to cultivate strong partnerships across teams; a phenomenal workmate who leaves ego at the door.
- Ability to be flexible and positive with change, with a can-do attitude and roll-up-your-sleeves approach to anything that comes your way.
