What you will do:
As an intern for ADT Health you will assist with multiple important projects that are related to key results and commitments for ADT’s Health/medical alert business. You will focus on but not be limited to the following. Developing and prioritizing new product and service offerings focused on allowing seniors to safely and securely remain at the place they call home and improving the caregiver experience. Additionally, you will also assist with improving overall customer retention throughout the health line of business. Furthermore, work will focus on strategies to improve attrition rates and improve agent efforts to retain customers who are considering canceling their service. This will also include research into the marketing, pricing and customer experience of our competitors in an efforts to improve our overall success in acquiring new customers.
What you need to be successful:
- Currently pursing a Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Communications, Project Management or similar with a graduation date Spring 2024
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and complex spreadsheet management
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and effectively communicate complex information

- 10 week paid internship beginning May 20, 2024 based in our Boca Raton Corporate Headquarters.
- $22/hour for Undergraduates, $25/hour if you have begun classes in a Graduate Program.
