The Role at a Glance
As the Advanced Analytics Analyst, you will consult/analyze and deliver on marketing analytics to support goals and objectives for the customer experience and marketing teams. You will act as a resource to the team and management to support implementation of marketing campaigns, segmentation, and advanced analytics for multiple business units. You will be expected to provide ad-hoc metrics to respond to immediate data needs. You will work with web, data and agile teams to articulate analytics needs to develop a strong data foundation. You will also identify complex data patterns and trends and provide insights to enhance business decision making.
What you’ll be doing
- Engage with internal partners to understand marketing campaign needs, goals and objectives and collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams. Participate in discovery meetings and document marketing analytics needs including relevant data flow between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
- Partner to support campaign decisions and assist marketing team with creation and enhancement of campaign journeys
- Plan and implement A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign effectiveness based on performance data analytics
- Identify requirements for email/digital campaign measurement and work with cross-functional teams to implement tags as needed
- Collect and analyze both structured and unstructured data from various sources including making recommendations for uniformity and consolidation
- Evaluate and analyze marketing campaigns and create data driven insights to measure impact of marketing outreach and campaigns
- Track behavioral analytics and analyze digital traffic patterns for user journeys, user flows, and user experience
- Perform deep dive analysis to identify opportunity areas
- Build consistent measuring techniques for marketing campaigns, adoption, and customer journeys
- Develop visualizations, proactively identify trends, and effectively communicate findings and analytics insights to key stakeholders
- Serve as a key resource on marketing and customer experience data, analytics, and reporting. Assist in coordination of KPI information flow. Maintain alignment and provide regular presentations to stakeholders
- Evaluate existing data insights and establish new ways of using data, analysis and dashboarding to inform business decisions
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
- 3 – 5+ Years of advanced analytics, modeling, and/or data mining experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities of this position
- Proficiency in SQL
- Working knowledge of digital analytics platforms like Google analytics
- 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Information Systems
Nice-to-haves:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Data visualization experience

Pay Range: $65,700 – $118,300
Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
