As an Advanced Analytics Specialist II, you will work within the Capacity Planning Team, where you will apply your analytical skills and business acumen to support forecasting, seasonal event planning, inbound forecasting, and other strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Developing and maintaining capacity models to optimize inventory, storage, and distribution strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and finance to support seasonal event planning and execution
  • Providing insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for improvement

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$120,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives
