Role: Advanced Refinery Accountant

Responsibilities:
• Establish proper payment of product purchases and transportation services by investigating and resolving vendor invoice discrepancies.
• Reconcile inventory balances at assigned locations .
• Close out monthly activities within scheduled timelines.
• Prepare account reconciliations as assigned.
• Troubleshoot issues encountered with system applications or business processes.
• Communicate with others to identify and implement process efficiencies.
• Arrange reports and statements for partners.
• Mentor and assist other accountants and processors as problems arise.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
