Responsibilities
The Agile Portfolio Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the portfolio of projects and programs for the CMO/CO organization. The Portfolio Manager will establish and implement portfolio management practices that align with Agile best practices, ensuring that new processes mature to meet the organization’s needs. They will work closely with the Agile Practitioner, Scrum Masters, Master Scheduler, Product Owners and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize and manage projects, programs, and initiatives that deliver value to the organization. The Portfolio Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the status of the portfolio, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This position will require 100% onsite presence between Rosslyn, VA and Beltsville, MD for the first 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement portfolio management practices in alignmen with Agile best practices.
- Work with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and manage projects, programs, and initiatives.
- Ensure that the portfolio delivers value to the organization, meets strategic objectives, and aligns with organizational priorities.
- Monitor and report on the status of the portfolio, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact the portfolio and develop mitigation strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the portfolio management process, ensuring that it is effective and efficient.
- Provide leadership and guidance to scrum masters and stakeholders on portfolio management practices and processes.
- Own the project intake process by working with requestors to onboard projects into the portfolio.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications– To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years’ experience required. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Active Top Secret security clearance required.
- CISSP certification required or the ability to obtain within 6 months of start date.
- Clear track record of having led and directed project team(s)
- Demonstrated experience in intelligence, computer security, or technical analysis with increasing responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in network security with a focus on cyber threat analysis and advanced network security analysis.
- Technical task management and supervisory experience.
- PMP, CISSM, or Agile certification desired.

Target Salary Range
$135,000 – $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
