Hourly: Starting at $43 per hour
Position may require Covid-19 vaccination. Currently, Enterey does not require contractors and employees to be fully vaccinated. However, we have some clients that do require it.

Position Summary:
This position requires the flexibility to use a collaborative approach to fill the project’s needs. The preferred candidate will be customer-focused, contribute to learning throughout the organization, and facilitate alignment, action, and decision with various people, processes, and tools. This individual sees opportunities in challenges, a path forward that has never been tried before, and whose experience reflects a focus on project agility, creative project management, and mastery in communication. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists project stakeholders in defining project scope and objectives, creating and maintaining a project plan with resource estimation and deadlines
- Able to work with Product Owners to create and prioritize user stories
- Work closely with solutions architects to develop design requirements and ensure the delivery of scalable and reusable solutions
- Assists in managing the day-to-day activities of the team, including creating, prioritizing, and managing the backlogs of activities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint demos, and Retrospectives
- Work with Product Owners and team members to provide updates to management on project deliverables
- Assists the agile team in developing agility maturity
Position Requirements:
Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Business, Engineering, or the Sciences
Experience Required
> 5 years of AGILE project management experience or equivalent education and experience
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively connect with a variety of people
Ability to work autonomously and with ambiguity
Experience Preferred
The leadership of cross-functional business initiatives that deliver measurable business value
Government contracts
Specialized or Technical Knowledge, Licenses, and Certifications
CSM Certification or similar credential is preferred
Proficiency with advanced project management, collaboration, and reporting systems (e.g., MS Office Suite, MS Project, MS Project Online, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, and Adobe Acrobat)
