AI Driven Enterprise Revenue Enablement Program Manager

Position Overview:
As a Juniper AI Driven Enterprise (AIDE) Portfolio Enablement Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and adoption of Juniper’s AIDE portfolio. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enablement programs that empower Juniper’s sales and technical teams to effectively position and sell the AI Driven Enterprise Technology for which Gartner has placed us in the leadership position for three consecutive years. Your expertise in the Access Layer for Enterprise and campus switching and WLAN domains and your ability to lead cross-functional teams will be instrumental in achieving business objectives and driving customer success.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Enablement Program Strategy: Develop a comprehensive enablement program strategy for Juniper’s AIDE portfolio, aligning with overall business goals and sales objectives.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts, product management, and marketing teams to create high-quality enablement content, including training materials, playbooks, sales guides, demo scripts, and solution presentations.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtual and in-person, to internal teams, including sales, systems engineers, and channel partners, to equip them with the knowledge and skills required to effectively sell and support Juniper’s AIDE.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate product updates, and ensure that enablement materials are up to date and aligned with the latest product offerings.
  • Enablement Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs. Generate regular reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and communicate success to stakeholders.
  • Industry and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges in the campus and enterprise access layer and switching space. Incorporate this knowledge into enablement programs to help position Juniper’s solutions as industry-leading and differentiated.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, relevant industry-based certifications or other certified training is a must. Experience as a field seller or SE is a major plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, technical sales, or enablement roles, preferably within the networking, SaaS, or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of access layer and switching technologies, AI operations, routing protocols, and security considerations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to understand and address customer requirements and challenges.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as MIST Masters or other industry equivalent, is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Minimum Salary: $125,400.00

Maximum Salary:$192,280.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $125,400.00 and $192,280.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
