AI Product Manager

As an AI Product Manager on the Create team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a new AI-powered front door experience to Microsoft 365 that helps people to solve their needs through Microsoft products. You will work closely with engineers, designers, researchers, and other product managers to understand customer problems, identify opportunities, and launch innovative solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams across Microsoft to align on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Create experience.

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product management in the software, productivity or collaboration space.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ months of experience in AI space.

Preferred Qualification:

  • 4+ years of product management experience in the software industry, preferably in the AI, productivity, or collaboration space.
  • Customer empathy and user-centric mindset, with experience in conducting user research and testing.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive product decisions.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts and influence various audiences. Good Communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer and business goals.

Product Management IC3 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 – $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 – $198,600 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, for the Create experience.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on customer and business needs, data, and feedback.
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
  • Communicate and present product vision, strategy, and roadmap to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Measure and evaluate product performance, user behavior, and customer satisfaction using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Iterate and improve the product based on user feedback, data, and learnings.
