To help us achieve this vision, we are hiring an AI Product Manager to define, develop, and deliver AI products for cellular imaging. This individual contributor will work in partnership with technical teams to deliver innovative products that help drive the success of GSK’s drug pipeline. The AI Product Manager will be accountable for leading global products through their entire product lifecycle, tracking and mitigating risks, communicating with senior leaders, and ensuring excellent product fit with our business partners.

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities, including the following:

  • Create, drive, and manage product strategy, including the ‘why’ and the ‘what’ of the product, as well as metrics to measure success.
  • Ensure product focus and partner with key stakeholders to establish the vision, socialize the strategy, and drive implementation.
  • Develop and drive data requirements and manage project plan execution for on-time product delivery.
  • Work in 2-week sprints and deliver timely comprehensive retrospectives to AI/ML leadership.
  • Contribute to the effective management of the AI Risk register and GSK data governance.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to the planning, reporting, ethics, and governance processes.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • 2 or more years of experience in software product management
  • Experience Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related quantitative field
  • Experience of cellular imaging technologies
  • Experience with AI modeling and supporting infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Master’s degree or above in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related quantitative field
  • Expertise in high content imaging and other screening technologies
  • Experience with drug discovery at scale
  • Track record of building strong, collaborative relationships with technical leaders
  • Proven ability to influence, communicate, and negotiate with all levels of management
  • Demonstrated experience organizing and motivating teams of individuals from multiple departments outside your control (e.g., matrix team members)
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, define success criteria, and deliver a strategy

The salary range for this role is: $148,308 to $200,652
