Airport Escort and Traffic Escort

Must be able to start immediately. No traffic violations last two years. No felony or his misdemeanors. Must have a vehicle, driver’s license, open availability for this PART-TIME position. Must be able to pass background checks TSA, NSA, FBI, BCI. The project is estimated to last through November 1, 2023.

1st Advance Security and Investigations has immediate opportunities in the Dayton, Ohio area. We provide traffic control and escort services for government, airport, factories, commercial facilities, and much more.

Role Responsibility:

As a Gate or Escort staff member, you will be responsible for the access control of all incoming construction project traffic.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Full access control
  • Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create concerns or safety hazards
  • Sound alarms by contacting the direct supervisor in cases of emergencies or presence of unauthorized persons
  • Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering or carrying forbidden articles
  • Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits
  • Observe and ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
  • Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Here’s the minimum you’ll need to be a successful Gate or Airport Escort:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass Airport Screening and Background Checks
  • Your own vehicle to and from the assignment
  • Ability to pass Commercial Auto Insurance requirements
  • Android Phone for communication

Finally, here’s what we’ll need from you upon job offer:

  • Ability to pass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks, if applicable
  • Ability to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
