Responsibilities
The candidate shall respond to ad hoc taskings for short, medium, and long-term target analysis studies, performing with competency in all aspects of full-cycle target analysis including requirements decomposition, target assessment, and target collection evaluation. Additionally, the candidate shall possess at least a Chinese/Mandarin language ILR proficiency score of at least a level 3+ or 4 in reading and listening comprehension. The candidate must also be capable of translating, transliterating, interpreting, and documenting a wide range of topics in Chinese/Mandarin on a daily and ad hoc basis, supporting multiple team members and client requests, while serving as the cultural and linguistic SME for all Chinese/Mandarin language material. The candidate will independently utilize the client’s proprietary targeting tools and databases to develop recommendations as to how best to achieve various objectives. The candidate will work with other analysts to provide comprehensive target assessments while ensuring the sharing of data and knowledge. The candidate may be expected to support the client in meetings with senior-level Government officials and customers to present details of completed all-source analysis. The candidate will also be required provide timely input to the client on any issues that arise.
Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing a variety of analytic methodologies in support of intelligence issues of a predominately technical nature;
- Developing and delivering briefings as required to provide the results of any analysis performed;
- Maintaining cognizance of future programs, areas of interest and emerging requirements in support of mission partner interests; and
- Working with operations and engineering personnel to ensure requirements are properly articulated and prioritized, and that appropriate technologies are being considered to achieve client objectives.
Qualifications
Required
BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7
TS/SCI with Poly.
Chinese/Mandarin language proficiency ILR scores of at least 3+.
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
Desired
Prior client certification as an Analyst.
Prior familiarization of the client’s targeting tools.
Understanding of internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, internet routing, packet and circuit switched networks, or telephony networks.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 – $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
