Altitude Sky Lounge is seeking an experienced Barback to join their team! Located on the rooftop of the San Diego Marriott Gaslamp Quarter hotel, Altitude is a fast paced environment with an energetic atmosphere and spectacular views.
This position is part time and is eligble for some benefits.
This position pays $16.30 per hour.

Job Duties:
Responsible for set-up and closing of the bar, assisting bartenders, service and clean up of bar area while enduring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement/maintenance of Marriott standards and profit maximization.
- Setting up the bar, maintaining cleanliness and par levels during business operations, closing down the bar and assisting bartenders.
- Organizing the walk-in, reach-in coolers and areas of storage.
- Ensuring that all glassware is cleaned properly stored and stocked.
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
- Know and comply with all state liquor laws.
- Ensure established pars are maintained.
