Description

The Ambassador provides numerous guest services for the parking facility including greeting customers and providing instruction, directions and other information to guests in a kind and welcoming manner.

Some of the job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the exit booth when machines are broken down
  • Cashiering, traffic directing and completing end of shift reports
  • Responsible for meeting scheduled hours for work
  • Be prompt and attentive when on shift
  • Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance
  • Arrive and remain in complete Uniform before and during scheduled shifts
  • Must be responsible in customer delivery and be self sufficient
  • Respond to management’s requests as instructed
  • Open doors and assist customer’s as needed
  • Provide customer oversight of POF, and PIL point of sales (automated hardware)
  • Instruct customers in the use of automated hardware
  • Clean automated hardware daily
  • Provide preventative maintenance and trouble shoot automated hardware
  • Maintain cleanliness of areas where customers make payment and/or travel
  • Provide traffic lane oversight when instructed by management
  • Anticipate customer activity during peak periods
  • Supply customers with directions and information regarding facility amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest
  • Monitor and maintain safety, security, cleanliness of parking areas/levels,
  • Report any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, and/or potential security problems to the Manager/Supervisor
  • Communicate parking procedures to customers
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets
  • Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisor

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Cashier experience a plus
  • Must be able to bend and squat frequently
  • Standing/Walking for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 25 lbs
  • Take an Integrity Survey
  • Willingness to undergo a Background Check
