    Primary Responsibilities

    The Analyst, Compensation will support the Compensation & People Analytics teams with all reporting and systems, and process administration needs. The ideal candidate will have Compensation administration experience, enjoy working with large sets of data, and have a general curiosity for systems configuration and design to drive effective administration processes for the Compensation & People Analytics teams.

    Essential Functions

    Compensation

    • Conduct compensation market surveys, as needed, for various compensation benchmarking for salaried and hourly roles
    • Analyze new or revised job descriptions to determine the appropriate salary grade assignments
    • Maintain data integrity and salary grades structure within Comp Analyst (market pricing tool)
    • Support Program Mgr, Compensation, with administration of monthly and quarterly incentive programs
    • Administrator for all Compensation actions in Greenhouse (compensation tool)
    • Address basic Compensation-related questions and data requests for HRBPs
    • Make process improvement recommendations at every opportunity

    People Analytics

    • Assist the People Analytics team with oversight of the people analytics systems (Visier) with a focus on creating and implementing HR data and analytics platforms and reporting tools and processes that enable fast self-service answers to people data questions for HR and Business Leadership across the enterprise
    • Ensures governance and auditing of people data reporting in all primary HR systems meets the determined standards
    • Completes data refresh processes and validation of People Analytics tools and resolves data anomalies by working with applicable internal/external stakeholders
    • Oversee change management, communications and training to educate the leaders, managers, and employees on data and reporting tools and techniques as needed.
    • Sources all reporting requests based on complexity, content, and needs to appropriate HR team member
    • Creates and distributes basic reports using BI
    • Performs all other duties as assigned to support the Compensation and People Analytics teams

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Business, or related field
    • Minimum 2 – 4 years of compensation administration experience including market pricing
    • Minimum 2 years of HR Systems Experience (UKG, Greenhouse, Comp Analyst)
    • Minimum 2 years of experience with developing reports from HR systems
    • Advanced in using Microsoft Excel (e.g. lookups, pivot tables, if-then statements) to manage, analyze, and present data
    • Intermediate level analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong project management and time management skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with anyone and build strong lasting relationships
    • Action oriented and proactive; able to move projects forward with limited oversight
    • Process improvement oriented with focus on continuous improvement
    • Exhibits a growth mindset; open to coaching and feedback; continuously learns
    • Demonstrates a passion for the unique mission and values of KeHE
