The Senior Compensation Analyst performs intermediate-level administration for the company’s salary and bonus programs.
- Participate in initiatives to enhance the compensation package.
- Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations to the Compensation Manager.
- Lead the development of compensation design and introduction of new programs.
- Administer and oversee day-to-day compensation administration.
- Interpret compensation programs and provide counsel to management and teammates.
- Develop and update, present, and distribute compensation communications to HR Managers and teammates.
- This position has additional responsibilities. Special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor’s discretion.
The Senior Compensation Analyst is a remote position.
Pay and Benefits:
- The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 based on qualifications and experience.
- This role is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan with a target incentive of 10% of your base annual salary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of compensation experience OR equivalent.
- Have at least 2 years of financial analysis experience.
- Be able to manipulate data to drive and expedite project analyses and completion.
- Have strong project management and troubleshooting skills.
- Have advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with PeopleSoft is a plus; be familiar with other Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
