Summary
The Analyst, AHQ Finance position will be responsible for gathering, reviewing, and verifying various types of data and information from multiple sources, to summarize them for reporting or further analysis, as well as monitoring internal controls over financial reporting processes of subsidiary companies, obtaining and inspecting supporting documents or samples to ensure compliance of internal control policies. This position is also responsible for assisting in analyzing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Primary
- Gathering, reviewing, and verifying various types of data and information from multiple sources, as instructed by their supervisor:
- By maintaining a good communication channel with subsidiary companies, request and obtain the data and information in a timely manner
- Inspect the gathered data, information and reports for its completeness and accuracy, and verify with the source significant variances or anomalies that deviate from the then-current trend and/or expectation
- Reconcile or help reconcile intercompany transactions and maintain history of such information
- Prepare, help prepare, respond to information requests from various stakeholders
- Analyze the financial impact of each business unit activities upon rate changes or adding/removing services
- Monitor operation of internal controls over financial reporting processes of subsidiary companies by obtaining and inspecting supporting documents or samples for processes designated as critical
- Management of subsidiary companies
- Compile and analyze financial activities data of each subsidiary company
- Support to establish and monitor internal control policies and processes of each subsidiary company
- Gathering, reviewing, and verifying various types of data and information from multiple sources, as instructed by their supervisor:
- Secondary
- Support of new business development
- Conduct or assist in conducting due diligence of new business opportunities or M&A target candidates
- Support to build financial modeling of new business and provide analysis on the potential risk and its financial impact
- Assist to establish accounting and finance processes of new business
- Tertiary
- Prepare ad hoc reports upon request by management
- Support subsidiary companies as needed
Compensation Range
$48,000- $55,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Good accounting knowledge/background
- Proficient with PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- SAP, Power BI, database management systems
- High attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Minimum 2Years of Experience in Accounting, Business Management, and Accounting
- 3 Years of Direct and 1 Year of Indirect Experience Preferred
- 1 – 3 Years of Supervisory Experience Preferred
- Audit Experience Preferred
- CPA Preferred
