POSITION: Analyst, Financial Systems
COMPENSATION: Salary / Exempt. Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $65,000-$75,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. DIRECT REPORT: Director, Financial Systems
SUMMARY:
The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and optimization of financial systems and tools within the organization. This role involves analyzing financial data, maintaining financial software, and providing valuable insights to support the decision-making process.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Included but not limited to):
- Analyze financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow html reporting.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce financial budget reports and assist with forecasts for strategic planning.
- Administer and maintain Adaptive software systems and additional budgeting cloud-based platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity with financial systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements.
- Evaluate existing financial budgeting processes and identify areas for streamlining and efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
- Prepare regular budget reports for management and stakeholders.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as requested.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets.
- Contribute to financial forecasting and variance analysis.
- Provide training and support to end-users of financial systems.
- Ensure that users are proficient in using financial software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prove experience as a Financial Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
