The Analytics Project Manager will maintain a portfolio of analytics projects, assist in local market deployment of analytics across use cases, and work with the business to track their impact and value they create. They will partner closely with internal stakeholders and analytics leadership to manage change and drive value from the application of analytics to critical business priorities. They will be strong communicators and prepared to support broad, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a portfolio of current analytics projects across global and local teams to assess capability coverage and track impact (growth value, efficiencies, capabilities)
  • Support analytics deployments, partnering with stakeholders across functions to embed analytics in business processes and drive value
  • Develop, maintain and socialize best practices for deployments across use cases
  • Support project management of analytics initiatives helping to identify and resolve interdependencies across functions
  • Maintain a steady stream of communications (presentations, internal news, etc.) highlighting analytics deployments and their impact
  • Prepare executive communications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics
  • Analytics experience in FMCG or adjacent industry
  • Experience working with analytics vendors such has Nielsen
  • Experience with BI reporting (use of and or creation) and BI tools
  • Familiar with the analytics landscape in the industry – key data suppliers, standard methodologies, common applications
  • Experience working cross-function and understanding the commercial processes, finance and sales/marketing data and possesses a business acumen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills to affect influence without authority; ability to facilitate laterally across teams and outside of reporting structure; stakeholder management
  • Passion for organization and familiarity with project management tools and processes

*This role can be based out of Piscataway, NJ or New York, NY.

Salary Range $100,000 – $147,000 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
