Job Purpose and Impact
The ANH Data Owner – Customer/Vendor will lead the governance team to define and deliver the governance framework and operating model. In this role, you will lead, advise, and make decisions to build, sustain and enhance the governance capabilities and drive modernization, standardization, and approving deviations when necessary. You will also lead and provide direction to teams in the application of the governance program across strategic projects and within the steady state data management operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for the domain’s data governance policies, standards and usage and ensure proper adherence and deployment across the organization’s ecosystem to drive data consistency and quality.
- Provide tactical leadership and input to govern and monitor data governance and data quality performance measures to ensure operational excellence is on target.
- Provide tactical leadership to execute the data domain governance strategy, educate stakeholder groups and ensure functional business processes and technology solutions align to the defined framework.
- Review and provide input to prioritize the list of data governance projects for the portfolio of projects.
- You will develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and/or regulatory environment while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, exhibiting authority for talent management decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also coordinate subordinate managers and supervisors in selecting staff to align with current and future needs of the organization.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Fluency in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Three plus years of experience in SAP deployment or SAP Data Governance
- Experience working with Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK)
- Experience working successfully in a complex, matrixed global organization
- Demonstrated experience utilizing SAP tooling, examples of tools are Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT), etc.

- Compensation
- The expected salary for this position is $145K – $160K. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
