Job responsibilities include Accounts payable, Purchase order review and match, expense reports, credit card processing, month end general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and SOX compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for full cycle accounts payable, including PO three-way matching, resolving invoice discrepancies, and maintaining vendor records
- Monitor and manage the accounts payable inbox for invoices, statements, and vendor correspondence
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to verify the accuracy of billing
- Code invoices to the appropriate expense accounts and departments
- Set up new vendors in NetSuite in compliance with company policies
- Process vendor payments through Bill com
- Reconcile credit card statements and code expenses to the appropriate account and department
- Year end 1099 processing
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure alignment between procurement and accounts payable processes
- Work closely with all internal departments to help assist and create Purchase Orders
- Process all employees expense reports in Expensify
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations and PBC schedules
- Assist with quarterly and annual audits, and other reporting requirements
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed
Proxies for Success
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- NetSuite experience a must: Expensify, and Bill.com a plus
- Three years working in high volume accounts payable environment
- Recent experience with Purchase Order matching
- Experience working for a public company a plus
- Proficient in Excel and the Google suite of products
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule during monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
$85,000 – $110,000 a year

Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and geographic location.
