Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Software Solution Architect experienced in C#, ASP.NET, the .NET framework, and SQL Server who have a passion for solving problems. Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Define and establish technical strategy, standards, and guidelines in the application and data
• Collaborate with business and IT partners and various IT data practice teams to define transitional and future state of the application architectures.
• Build and maintain a roadmap for business capabilities, business processes and IT Delivery.
• With big picture awareness of data sources, interfaces, and data flow across the enterprise, define, design and document data services, interfaces and data flows.
• Responsible to manage end to end application architecture, Cluster Requirements, Environment Cost Analysis and Data Security.
• Work as a Liaison between Delivery and Infrastructure team
• Re-Architect a Healthcare Claims Audit, Edits and Recovery system.
• Responsible to designing all integrations and productization of different components of the product.
• Evaluating, identifying, and developing software solutions and take lead on conducting POCs.
• Actively seek ways to improve and innovate Application Architecture
• Ensure appropriate levels of Architecture and design documents are maintained.
• Ensure architecture is scalable and Cloud ready.
• Make the architecture ready for implementation in Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Review configuration and design changes to ensure consistency.
• Professional experience analyzing code for weaknesses and errors, and leading all aspects of plans to improve them.
• Participate in code reviews coming in all the repository of Policy Framework project from developers.
• Participate on PI Planning and agile delivery process to put all future architecture needs in the project plan and work with PMs to deliver those key initiatives.
• Outstanding teamwork and communication skill are crucial.
• Leading the design and participating in the developing of major features for key projects.
• Define and Implement DevOps practices and Platform Architecture.
• Serve as liaison to PM on project work break down and scheduling.
• Use a proactive approach to common challenges and by continually researching standard processes in coding.
• Well versed with modern big data and cloud platforms.
• Implement Automated Testing in the product suite.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Must have architecture experience in healthcare domains specifically in Claims, Payment Processing, Auditing.
• 12+ years of development and delivery experience with .Net, C# Angular 8+, PostgreSQL, Sqlserver, Restful/SOAP web services and Web-based application.
• At least 10 years of Prior project architect and/or team lead experience.
• Must have cloud-based infrastructure and architecture solutions (Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services/Google Cloud Platform).
• 5+ years of DevOps and Platform Engineering experience
• Expertise with modern, Agile-based application development methodologies and emerging technologies like microservices, API management, web-scale architectures, DevOps engineering, container-based delivery, cloud automation, TDD, BDD, continuous integration (CI), and CD.
• Proven success facilitating software design and conceptualization sessions.
• Demonstrated understanding of relational and NoSQL database models, and Analytical Data analysis tools and techniques.
• Must have experience in Implementation of Automated Testing in Selenium, Robot framework or any open source AI platform.
• Knowledge of BPM workflow engine is a Must.
• Experience in any streaming platform a Must.
• Understanding of AI/ML and GraphQL is plus.
Skills – Years of Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of Solutions Architecture in a Cloud environment
• Minimum 10 years Architect ASP.NET, Angular, C# Development
• 5 years Architect Front End Development
• 3 year of Data architecture
• 3 years of Functional Knowledge in Healthcare Claims Payment.
• 8 years of Industry standard methodologies, security, patterns/anti-patterns.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000 – $235,000.
