ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking an Application Service Technician to join our growing team in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada.
The Application Service Technician provides technical expertise as part of the ANA Support Team for the repair and training to our line of Energy Storage Systems. An ANA Applications Service Technician should be creative with solutions that make sense for the betterment of the company and its customers. This role will provide customers with basic training and knowledge of the product upon delivery as well as initial setup and installation in a particular application. The Application Service Technician aids in the development and education of our core customers internally and externally. With regular customer visits and building open and honest relationships, adding additional support to our quality line of equipment and commitment to customers. Further, the Application Service Technician collaborates with our engineering and manufacturing teams on product improvements, new product development, as well as after purchase additions to the equipment.
This role reports to the Director of Support.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide user feedback (rental store deployment and end customer user experience)
- Training customers onsite on proper safety and deployment
- Feed end user feedback to service and engineering
- Work with service team as required to provide in field support and equipment updates
- Work with assembly and production team as required
- Work with engineering in new product development and identifying new applications
- Perform all duties in a safe and effective manner according to the company’s policies and procedures
- Maintains the ANA culture
- Safely operate ANA service vehicles
- Performs installation and training services for our core customer base
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve in a timely manner
- Communications information and documents with every customer and phone
- Provides superior customer service
Qualifications:
- Generator experience and electrical knowledge – 3 years preferred
- High school or associate degree required
- Generator job site hookup experience – 3 years
- Construction, telecom, and or event rental experience – 3 years preferred
Travel:
- This role requires up to 50% air travel

$25 – $30 an hour
The hourly rate for this role is $25.00 – 30.00 per hour, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a of factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.
