Volt is immediately hiring an Applications Analyst I in El Paso, Texas
As an Applications Analyst you will:
* Provide information and support to onsite and remote systems users via Track-it
* Monitor configurations, utilities, software default settings with MS Intune
* Assist with onboarding / offboarding of users
* Ensure workstations are equiped with software and hardware
* Install, test and configure new workstations, equipment and software
* Maintain inventory of all equipment and licenses of laptops and PCs
* Perform upgrades, report issues to Systems Administrator Lead for escalation
* Trains users on hardware and software, develops worksheets
* Perform software deployment – Microsoft, Adobe and IBM
Application Analyst candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
* Associates Degree in Computer Science
* 3 years of experience with end user support and report writing
* Excellent verbal communication and customer support skills
* MS Windows OS, MS Office m365 Business Premium, Cloud Integration
This is a Full Time Temp to Hire Opportunity
Rate of Pay is $20 per hour
8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with OT if required
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Optional – remove this if not including pay rates
