Manage Vemo Workforce staff planning tool in coordination, collaboration, and direction of team’s managers. Vemo is a workload and workforce management tool. The data input, management, and results are used across the leadership and program management teams. The software tool can be learned on-the-job by anyone with average computer skills and application knowledge. Exports from Vemo are best viewed, reviewed, and manipulated in Microsoft Excel so strong Excel knowledge and proficiency is required. An average work week will include one-on-one meetings with managers to coordinate staffing changes and allocations, coordination with Control Account Managers, data entry, data review, results analysis, and preparation for the following week’s meetings with Managers. Some coordination with other Vemo users and administrators is expected but scope of responsibility will remain within the Lines of Business and will not have enterprise-wide responsibilities. The portfolio of managers supported will likely start small and grow as processes, business rhythm, and candidate knowledge improves. This is largely a communication and data entry role with some basic analysis needed.
Required skills:
Advanced MS Excel experience with Strong proficiency with Pivot Tables and Macro skills required. (must show in work history)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Work, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
Human resource experience desired.
Strong communication skills required.
Prior experience with Vemo is nice to have.
After initial training, employee must perform duties with little supervision.
